Jawai

Jawai is located in Rajasthan (140 km from Udaipur, 180 km from Jodhpur), in the Aravalli Mountains, known for its very high concentration of leopards. Wildlife is omnipresent, including the many species of migratory birds. The lake hosts a high population of crocodiles.

Gujarat Sasan - Gir (Last Asians Lions)

Gujarat Sasan GIR National Park is a wildlife sanctuary. Gir is the only place in Asia where you can see the last Asiatic lions, different from its African cousin. Slightly different, with its fur and mane that are more bushy. An example of exemplary conservation since in 1913 there were only 20 specimens left Today, the park has 675 of them.

      THE QUEST OF THE SNOW LEOPARD AND THE WILDLIFE OF LADAKH

      From March 4th, 2025 to March 16th, 2025

      Life with your agency The wild cat eyes, the exceptional experience of looking for the one of the most mythical cats on the planet : the snow leopard. She lives at an altitude of more 5000 meters in Hemis National Park ( Valley of Ulley Ladakh); During the month of january, february and march she looking for the other.
      To immerse yourself inLadakh 's environment at the time of the year that offers the best chance to observe the snow leopard and wildlife supported by a team of local specialist guides ( spotters) who scan the mountain.

      Departure from Paris CDG in the evening flight to New Delhi by AIR INDIA à 21 h ( direct 9.30 )
       
      Arrival at the international airport of Delhi. Clearing immigration formalities.
       Welcome by Pradeep & Marie.
       transfert to your hotel : Red fox or Lemon Tree 3/4 stars at 30 min (road of the airport) , for a day of rest and relaxation, swimming pool.
      First diner of welcome in India at the One 8 ( New International restaurant of Virat Kholi a celebrate cricket man) in the zone aerocity.
      5 minutes of your hotel by foot.
      After a good night and good b breakfast, transfert for a domestic flight to LEH ( capitale of Ladakh) 1h 30., 3500 m high altitude
      Transfert to the hotel : Grand Dragon Full board
      Lunch and the rest of the day will be at your leisure to rest, relax ( watch TV, read a book) to acclimatize to the high altitude.
      2 nd day of acclimatization to ensure that the higher attitude of the rest of the trip does not prevent the participants from enjoying their stay in Ladakh.
       
      IMPORTANT : In prevention take tablet of DIAMOX.
      To move slowly, to drink a lot of hot water/tea/garlic soup, without putting too much stress on the body.
       
      Visit the old palace, built at the XVII century, in order to photograph Shanti Stupa from a distance in the light of the sunset.
       We can make shopping ( paschina), in the old town, to walk or to keep a car.
      Night : Grand Dragon full board.

      After Breakfast, departure for the village of Ulley.
       
      The road follows the famous Indus river and passes by the cities of Kargil, Nimmu, one of the most important in ladakh, where the zanskar River meets the INDUS.
       
      The road then heads north to Likir, the place of one of Ladakh 's famous Buddhist monasteries and the entry into snow leopard area.
      The mountains, the landscape appears even more hight, and a little road run between a narrow valley, following a stream called the Ulley Chhu. To arrive to Snow leopard lodge after 5 kms.

      These days are entirely devoted to immersion in the ecosystem of Ulley and its surrounding valleys, with the main objective of seeing, observing, and photographing the snow leopard that live in this environment.

      The Sacred Tiger In India

      According to legend, the deity Maa Durga rode a tiger when she went to fight her enemies. The big cat has become the symbol of victory over all negative forces. Also the tiger is considered as the link between men, the earth and the animal kingdom.

      The little Rann Of KUTCH - GUJARAT
      The little Rann of Kutch is a 4950 sq. Km saline desert in the Kutch Peninsula of western India that is dominated by vast salt pans, shrubby islands, seasonal nulls, marshes and rocky hillocks or dungars od volcanic origin. This unique landscape was originally part of the Arabian Sea. As the land separated from the sea by geological forces, it became a vast, featureless plain encrusted with salt and inundated water during the mousson rains.
